Oklahoma freshman Tommy Mason-Griffin was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week today after performances against Iowa State and Nebraska last week. Against the Cyclones and Cornhuskers, the 5-11, 203-pound Mason-Griffin averaged 23.5 points and 5.0 assists while shooting .533 from the field (16-for-30), .467 from 3-point range (7-for-15) and .889 from the free throw line (8-for-9).
